I'm Tenisha ~ Master Cosmetologist, Yoga Instructor and the owner of Salon Blu Studio Suites in Hampton (est. 2006) and In Good Spirits Wellness Spa in the Historic Hilton Village area of Newport News (est. 2022).

With my roots firmly planted in the beauty industry for over 26 years, it's always been a dream of mine to offer services to clients by combining beauty and wellness all in one place. So when opportunity rang, I answered the call!
